Just because you may be entering the 'Third Age' it does not mean you are content to sit and let the world pass by. Today's 60 & 70 year olds are yesterday's 50 & 60 year olds! It certainly does seem that with a healthy diet, active lifestyle and a keen interest in everything going on around us, we can push the boundaries of accepted 'old age'.
Here you will find suggestions of activities or hobbies to keep your body fit and your brain sharpened. We are not suggesting these will make you live longer, or look younger, but they should help to promote quality of life.
